The Lake Effect Club is a three unit micro-hotel in a boldly updated home from the 1880s on Milwaukee’s Lower East Side.

Each room is artfully furnished with antique and designer furniture, and painted in super saturated colors. In addition to interior design and construction administration, Project Room also developed a complete brand identity for The Lake Effect Club, which opened in Fall, 2025. This project was a collaboration with Lizz Wasserman.
